Local filmakers, Kinfolk Collective get the soul-trap creator Tree to be featured in their new video series entitled "Damn Near Made It". The series takes a look at Chicago artists on the brink of becoming something great. So far, I agree with their selection, Tree is an artist who has really rallied this year in both his emcee and producer roles.
